IT Administrator

About the role

The Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel is seeking an IT Administrator to deliver high‑quality technical support to guests and colleagues across helpdesk, operations and network functions. This position plays a key part in maintaining reliable IT services within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to guests and staff, covering helpdesk, operations and network queries.
• Monitor performance of networks, servers, workstations and peripherals, reporting any abnormalities to the Functional IT Manager.
• Maintain up‑to‑date IT knowledge to drive continuous service improvement.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and software concepts in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with the IT team to achieve shared objectives and resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in an IT‑related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a technical or network‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
