IT Applications Specialist

About the role

The IT Applications Specialist will ensure the seamless operation of all software systems used across the Atlantis Dubai resort. Working closely with Assistant Managers, you will troubleshoot application and in‑room technology issues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operation of all resort software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and in‑room technology problems.
• Escalate complex issues to external vendors and follow up on resolutions.
• Create and update knowledge‑base articles for troubleshooting and configuration.
• Manage application upgrades, project tasks, and event‑setup activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience in hospitality application support and integrations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of network switching, routing, monitoring, and cable management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workloads.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
