IT Associate – Client Partner Services (Airline Industry) – Dubai

About the role

Infosys is looking for an IT Associate to join its Client Partner Services team in Dubai, focusing on airline industry clients. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive business development, manage key client relationships and support the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with CXOs and senior client personnel, understanding their organisational culture.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to shape winning strategies.
• Review and update sales and pursuit plans to meet pipeline targets.
• Lead client presentations, workshops and negotiate pricing and MSA terms.
• Create proposals and solutions aligned with RFP requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to address staffing and delivery issues, preventing escalations.
• Provide input for building alliances with product and service vendors.
• Maintain operational hygiene on assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development and client management within the IT services sector.
• Experience interacting with C‑level contacts and growing existing accounts.
• Good understanding of the Global Delivery Model and IT service industry.
• Experience managing large, multi‑location consulting engagements is a plus.
• Strong proposal creation and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
