IT Infrastructure Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and develop the IT backbone of PanzerGlass in Dubai. You will work across support, security, network and cloud platforms, ensuring a stable and secure environment for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support to colleagues in the Dubai office.
• Maintain and enhance IT security measures.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
• Administer servers and handle backup solutions.
• Support and administer the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Support and administer Microsoft Azure services.
• Document the current infrastructure and respond to infrastructure‑related requests.
• Create and execute a roadmap for infrastructure development, focusing on security and performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure suppliers and partners.

Required profile

• Technical IT education.
• 1–2 years of experience managing an IT infrastructure.
• Ability to make decisions within your responsibility areas and manage a development roadmap.
• Strong communication skills for working with business stakeholders.
• Structured and proactive work approach.
