IT Instructor – Military Program

About the role

The Model School seeks an IT Instructor to deliver high‑quality instruction for its Military Program. The role focuses on building a solid technical foundation for students while fostering holistic development and research skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver IT course material according to curriculum guidelines and schedules.
• Provide instruction, performance feedback, and mentorship to students.
• Conduct one‑to‑one counseling sessions and promote self‑learning.
• Administer examinations, write letters of recommendation, and support placement activities.
• Participate in disciplinary actions and report misconduct to the Office of Academic Integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments and assist in cross‑college instruction when required.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and scholarly activity in higher education.
• Experience working with diverse ethnic backgrounds.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong record of community service and academic integrity.
