About the role
Discover is Emirates Group’s internship programme for UAE nationals and residents, offering at least two months of on‑site experience within Emirates or dnata. Interns work on real projects, receive mentorship and a clear learning plan, and gain insight into the aviation and travel industry. Placements can be in HR, Finance, Technology, Commercial, Corporate Communications, Operations or Engineering, depending on business needs. Each placement includes a manager who sets learning goals and a buddy for day‑to‑day support, ensuring a supportive environment.

- Comfortable working with others and building relationships
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently
- Thoughtful problem‑solver open to feedback and new experiences
