IT Lead – Supply Chain (GCC)

About the role

Americana Foods is seeking an experienced IT Lead to drive the Oracle Supply Chain Management landscape across the GCC region. The role combines functional expertise with technical acumen to support, enhance, and optimise Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and their integration with Oracle E‑Business Suite.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, support and enhance Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management (WMS), Supply Planning and Transportation Management (OTM).
• Analyse and resolve functional issues within Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Support end‑to‑end transaction flow between Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, including data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, troubleshoot SQL queries and assist with interface tables and integration data.
• Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, data migration, custom developments and integration testing (SIT, UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications, conduct impact analysis and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite Supply Chain modules.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion SCM configuration and support.
• Ability to analyse business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience with production incident root‑cause analysis.
