IT Operations Engineer – Cloud & End‑User Support

About the role

AI71 is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to keep its technology environment running smoothly for employees, contractors and executives. You will combine hands‑on support with automation to deliver a secure, reliable and friction‑free experience across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tier‑1 to tier‑2 support for Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints.
• Deliver white‑glove technical assistance to C‑level executives and VPs, ensuring zero downtime.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes to guarantee a flawless “Day 1” experience and secure exits.
• Maintain modern meeting‑room AV equipment, hybrid collaboration tools and office printers.
• Handle ITIL‑based incident, problem, change and request management within SLA targets.
• Track, audit and manage hardware, software licences and SaaS allocations.
• Oversee cloud‑first infrastructure, ensuring uptime, security and scalability.
• Administer Google Workspace (Apps, Admin Console, MDM, Identity) and optimise its usage.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them using scripting or self‑service portals.
• Support the company’s SaaS tool stack and resolve related issues.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both end users and senior leadership.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and automation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
