IT Operations Specialist – Employee Access & Device Management

About the role

Bidease is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT services for its employees. The role focuses on managing user access, devices, software licences and basic security controls while supporting both technical and non‑technical staff from the Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, modify, suspend and remove employee access to company systems.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring accounts, equipment and software are ready on schedule.
• Manage company software subscriptions, licences and user accounts.
• Maintain accurate access records, conduct regular permission reviews and document IT procedures.
• Provide first‑line support for login issues, software problems, laptop hardware and peripheral repairs.
• Support basic IT security practices such as MFA enforcement, password policies and admin‑right controls.
• Track, triage and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of laptops and other equipment, oversee assignments, setups and replacements.
• Administer email groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and shared drives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, operations or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to manage user access, SaaS applications, software licences and company devices.
• Good understanding of basic IT security principles, including MFA and access controls.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Based in Dubai and able to work onsite.
