IT Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to manage daily IT services for our employees in Dubai. You will ensure that access, devices, software, and processes are delivered securely and efficiently, supporting both technical and non‑technical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, modify, suspend, and remove employee access to company systems.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks, preparing accounts, equipment, and software.
• Manage software subscriptions, licenses, and user accounts across SaaS platforms.
• Maintain accurate access records and conduct regular permission reviews.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for logins, accounts, laptops, and other technical issues.
• Support basic security measures such as MFA, password policies, and admin rights.
• Oversee laptop inventory, assignment, setup, repairs, and replacements.
• Administer email groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared drives.
• Document IT processes, track requests, and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and escalate IT or security risks as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, operations, or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to manage user access, SaaS applications, and device inventories.
• Solid understanding of basic IT security principles, including MFA and access controls.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
