IT Project Coordinator

About the role

Buccellati is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the Gemini retail transformation programme across its Dubai boutiques. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will be based onsite in Dubai and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth rollout of a new SAP‑based platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end deployment support for the Gemini programme, from preparation through hypercare.
• Coordinate market‑readiness activities, confirming that each boutique meets operational prerequisites before go‑live.
• Collaborate with IT, Retail Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Training and local market teams to drive successful implementation.
• Align business processes with the Group template, identifying and escalating any local gaps.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, delivering transparent reporting.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including business validation and defect tracking.
• Assist change‑management initiatives to promote user adoption across boutique teams.
• Coordinate training activities and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work at the intersection of technology, retail operations and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai for the duration of the project.
