IT Support Engineer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The role involves providing end‑user support, managing the helpdesk and maintaining a wide range of IT infrastructure across desktop, server and healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve desktop issues and perform end‑user support for Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Autodesk, AutoCAD and other architecture applications.
• Support healthcare information systems such as HIS, HMS, EMR, Mediware, NABIDH and Malaffi.
• Administer Windows Server (2012‑2022), Active Directory, GPO, DHCP and DNS.
• Manage O365 portal, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office 365 licensing.
• Configure and troubleshoot Azure, Intune and other cloud services.
• Handle LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi AP, VPN, firewall (FortiGate, SonicWall, Sophos) and video‑conferencing equipment.
• Maintain backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis) and virtualization (Hyper‑V).
• Set up CCTV/NVR/DVR systems and biometric attendance devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance, asset management and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in a healthcare environment.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to suggest process improvements.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCITP, MCSA or CCNA.
