Italian Speaking Relationship Manager

About the role

Azizi Developments is looking for an Italian‑speaking Relationship Manager to join its Dubai office. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate off‑plan real‑estate investments and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the off‑plan market.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide advice on real‑estate investments, market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and legal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of off‑plan real‑estate experience in the UAE market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in property management or a related real‑estate field.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of local real‑estate laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline preferred.
• Fluency in Italian; additional languages are a plus.
