Head of Property Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Property Development to lead our property development portfolio from initial feasibility through to sales, delivery and handover. The role is based in Dubai and requires a strong track record in both development and property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end property development lifecycle from feasibility to completion and handover.
• Identify and evaluate new development opportunities and market potential.
• Conduct project feasibility, financial analysis, budgeting, pricing and commercial strategy.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, taking ownership of project sales performance.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, competitor activity and pricing.
• Oversee project progress, budgets, timelines, quality and key development risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare regular updates for senior management on project performance, sales, financials, risks and forecasts.
• Lead, manage and develop the property development team to achieve commercial, financial and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant property development experience.
• Proven property sales experience – mandatory.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, Architecture or a related field (preferred).
• UAE/GCC property development experience is highly preferred.
