Java Developer – Financial Credit Risk Control

About the role

We are looking for a Java Developer to design, build and maintain credit risk systems that support the full loan lifecycle – from pre‑loan approval to post‑loan monitoring. The role focuses on financial credit scenarios, ensuring high‑availability services, regulatory compliance and integration of advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Java‑based credit risk micro‑services (approval, anti‑fraud, post‑loan monitoring) using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Alibaba and related technologies.
• Design high‑availability APIs with sub‑300 ms response times for pre‑loan and sub‑500 ms for post‑loan processing, handling thousands of concurrent requests.
• Translate regulatory rules (CBIRC, blacklists) and scoring models into executable Java code.
• Build a dynamic rule platform with online editing, grayscale release and Redis caching.
• Integrate machine‑learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch) via RESTful APIs for real‑time scoring.
• Connect to external financial data sources using MyBatis/Spring Data JPA and create risk data marts.
• Implement real‑time dashboards and regulatory alerts, and process batch data with Flink or Spark.
• Ensure data security, RBAC, audit logging and support AML and other regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or FinTech.
• Minimum 3 years of backend Java development experience.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in financial credit risk systems (banking, consumer finance or fintech).

• Java (JDK 11+), JVM tuning, concurrency, ThreadPool.
• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Alibaba, Nacos, Apollo, Seata.
• MySQL (sharding), Redis (cluster), MyBatis, Spring Data JPA.
• Rule engines such as Drools or Easy Rules.
• Flink or Spark for real‑time/batch processing.
• Microservice patterns: circuit breaking, distributed locks.
• API security (signature, SM4/SM2), RBAC, audit logs.
• TensorFlow / PyTorch model integration via Java APIs.
