Joinery Production Manager (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Joinery Production Manager to lead our factory operations in Dubai. The role combines direct oversight of production, finishing and installation teams with periodic site visits to ensure the installed joinery meets the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production, finishing and installation foremen, holding them accountable for quality, productivity and deadlines.
• Monitor daily factory output, ensuring jobs are completed within reasonable production times.
• Inspect and approve raw materials such as boards, veneer, solid wood, laminates, hardware and finishing supplies.
• Control material selection, veneer matching, colour consistency, workmanship and finishing quality.
• Ensure production complies with approved shop drawings, specifications and samples.
• Oversee cutting, CNC, pressing, assembly, sanding, finishing, packing and delivery preparation.
• Identify poor workmanship, inefficient methods and recurring defects, implementing practical improvements.
• Stop or reject unacceptable work and ensure proper rectification.
• Conduct final inspections before items are released for delivery.
• Visit sites periodically to check installation quality, alignment, finishing and protection, and coordinate with installation foremen to close snags.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of joinery or furniture‑manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years in a joinery production‑management or senior factory‑supervision role.
• Strong practical knowledge of bespoke joinery, veneer, solid wood, CNC, assembly and finishing.
• Proven experience managing production and finishing teams.
• Experience overseeing installation quality.
• Ability to read detailed joinery shop drawings and specifications.
• UAE or GCC joinery experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
