Project Manager

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. You will support modular skid packages, wellhead control panels, and pressure regulation systems for oil and gas operations, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects within approved budget, quality standards, and defined timelines.
• Develop detailed project and fabrication plans covering resources, activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Plan and manage fabrication activities, ensuring alignment with specifications, drawings, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project costs, progress, and resource utilization, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, quality, HSE, and other stakeholders for timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12–15 years of professional experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or fabrication.
• 5–8 years of project management experience on modular skid and large‑scale fabrication projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the UAE, familiar with local project execution and business environment.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, resource management, and risk management.
• Proven vendor and subcontractor management skills.
