About the role
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Production Manager to lead our joinery production operations in the UAE. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality standards, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily joinery production activities and workflow.
- Supervise production staff and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and installation teams.
- Monitor material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery production management.
- Experience in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit‑out production.
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
- Ability to manage production teams and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
