JR Cost Control Engineer

About the role

The Junior Cost Control Engineer will support both offshore and on‑shore projects by developing a solid technical foundation in cost control processes. This entry‑level position offers exposure to construction methodologies, operational standards, and company policies while working closely with senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop core technical knowledge of departmental systems, procedures, and operational standards.
• Assist in offshore and on‑shore project activities, handling tasks of increasing complexity.
• Attend technical training programs and courses to acquire discipline‑specific skills.
• Support senior engineers in executing complex assignments to understand construction methodologies and operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, Integrity Policy, and HSE standards.
• Participate in meetings, mobilizations, and site briefings to gain awareness of project execution processes.
• Undertake orientation and familiarisation programmes to understand company procedures, systems, and methodologies.

Required profile

• Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with senior engineers and project teams.
