MEP Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking an MEP Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical installation activities in substations. The role involves directing a team, allocating resources, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate bill of quantities (BOQ) for electrical and mechanical materials required for the work.
• Plan and monitor manpower utilization, progress, and adherence to scheduled completion.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks covering work procedures, tool usage, and safety measures.
• Supervise site execution, ensure proper documentation and drawing updates, and deliver quality work.
• Prepare daily progress reports and support planning meetings.

Required profile

• Vocational or advanced vocational diploma in the electrical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in power distribution or transmission, including 1‑2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in electrical installation and managing manpower.
• Ability to use hand tools and machines effectively.

Required skills

• BOQ estimation for electrical and mechanical materials.
• Electrical installation in power distribution/transmission environments.
• Use of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
