Junior Account Manager (Creative & Digital Advertising)

About the role

MOTAD, a Dubai‑based growth and marketing agency, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support its creative and digital advertising clients. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project status and expectations.
• Coordinate tasks across creative, copy, and production teams, reviewing deliverables and providing feedback.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, invoices, and agreements.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Develop new business relationships and nurture existing ones.
• Understand client marketing objectives and propose actionable ideas.

Required profile

• Graduation or MBA with excellent communication skills.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in a creative or digital advertising agency.
• Strong presentation, phone etiquette, and self‑presentation abilities.
• Proven management and research aptitude, with a desire to excel in a fast‑paced agency.
• Interest in advertising, sales, and marketing, and willingness to travel.
