About the role
Our bartenders do more than mix drinks – they create memorable, unique experiences for guests. In this junior position you will support the bar team, stay on top of emerging trends and micro‑local offerings, and act as a welcoming host throughout the venue.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality cocktails and beverages while maintaining a flawless bar presentation.
- Stay informed about new drink trends and local preferences to enhance the menu.
- Provide attentive guest service, anticipating needs and building relationships across the hotel and community.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, and moving supplies safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- At least 1 year of relevant bartending or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required; ability to work effectively in a team.
