Junior Construction Associate

About the role

The Middle East Construction Group at Clifford Chance is seeking a Junior Construction Associate to join its dedicated legal team in Abu Dhabi. You will work alongside senior lawyers on a wide range of construction‑related matters, supporting the delivery of complex, high‑value projects across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support for projects in energy and utilities, real estate, new communities, and social & transport infrastructure.
• Assist on transactions involving renewable energy, green hydrogen, nuclear, wind, solar, BESS, CCS, water/wastewater, oil & gas, and large‑scale infrastructure.
• Contribute to client communications, document preparation, and due‑diligence reviews.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing activities, including blogs, pitches, and internal training sessions.
• Support the Group’s strategic initiatives and help maintain its market‑leading position.
