Junior Content Creator and Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, hands‑on Junior Content Creator and Community Manager to bring the Booch brand to life across social media. You will ideate, shoot, edit and schedule short‑form content that engages our community and supports our fast‑growing kombucha business.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce short‑form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Edit content to a high standard using mobile and desktop tools.
• Write captions, hooks and copy that reflect the Booch brand voice.
• Plan and schedule posts using our social media management platform (Sendible).
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them into on‑brand content.
• Coordinate shoot days – location, talent, props and product.
• Collaborate with founders on campaigns, product launches and activations.
• Track basic performance metrics and flag successful content.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience creating content for a business, agency or personal brand.
• Based in Dubai (or willing to commute to Dubai Investment Park).
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong written and spoken English with good copy‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
