Junior Engineer – PMC (All Disciplines) – UAE National Only

About the role

This position is an exciting entry‑level opportunity for Emirati graduate engineers to work on diverse, high‑impact projects with ADNOC. You will join Wood’s Oil, Gas & New Energies business, gaining hands‑on experience across upstream, midstream, and decarbonisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams on design, analysis, and execution of oil‑and‑gas projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and client representatives to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in site visits and field inspections as required.

Required profile

• UAE national with a recent engineering degree (any discipline).
• Strong academic record and a keen interest in the energy sector.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
