BIM Modeller – 3D & BIM Modeling Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to create and manage 3D and BIM models for a variety of marine and dredging projects. The role involves using industry‑leading software to deliver accurate models and support 4D/5D planning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 3D & BIM models using Civil 3D, Revit, Naviswork, 3ds Max, SketchUp and other tools.
• Create and manage BIM families, components, and templates.
• Align 3D models for 4D/5D planning as directed by the Project Control Manager.
• Incorporate design changes and resolve clashes through coordination with other disciplines.
• Generate high‑quality 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models and ensure they meet project standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops to address conflicts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Construction, Architecture, Structural) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of BIM modelling experience in similar industries.
• Software certificates (ACC, Revit, Civil 3D, Naviswork) are preferred.
