About the role
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Design Assistant to support a fast‑growing consumer brand in Dubai. This entry‑level position focuses on producing polished, on‑brand digital assets for newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design and format newsletters and email campaigns.
- Perfect layouts, spacing, typography, and image placement.
- Produce and adapt visual assets for CRM and organic social media.
- Resize and version existing creative across multiple channels, formats, and languages.
- Maintain organized, consistent design asset libraries.
- Support the creative team with day‑to‑day production tasks.
Required profile
- Up to one year of graphic design experience or recent graduate.
- Strong eye for layout consistency and detail.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable with detailed production work.
- Enjoys making designs clean, aligned and polished.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva
- Basic familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo (optional)
