Junior ITOC Analyst

About the role

The Junior ITOC Analyst will provide first‑ and second‑line technical support to employees across the Rostro Group and the Dubai office. Working closely with the global Infrastructure and Security team, you will ensure smooth operation of IT services and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle user onboarding and off‑boarding, including hardware allocation, profile setup and access revocation.
• Deliver L1/L2 support for Windows 11, macOS, VPN, VoIP, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Atlassian applications and CRM tools.
• Log, process and escalate tickets while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Assist with server‑room operations, patching, hardware maintenance and workstation setup.
• Support conference room equipment and ensure business tools are correctly used.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records and support local procurement of hardware and software.
• Participate in after‑hours maintenance as required.

Required profile

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Basic knowledge of mobile device support (iOS, Android) and computer hardware.
• Understanding of networking standards.
• Diploma, BSc or MSc in Information Technology or related field (desirable).
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Strong communication skills and interest in IT systems, support and cybersecurity.
