Zoho Developer

About the role

Our client in Dubai is seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, customise and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem. The role is hands‑on and requires deep expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting, as well as experience integrating third‑party services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and customise solutions in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk and Zoho Analytics.
• Write and maintain advanced Deluge scripts for workflows, functions, validation rules and automation.
• Configure Zoho modules, layouts, blueprints, buttons and widgets to meet business needs.
• Build workflows, approval processes, assignment and escalation rules, and Blueprint automations.
• Develop and manage integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, OAuth and webhooks.
• Handle data migration, imports, exports and system synchronisation.
• Create reports, dashboards and analytics to support decision‑making.
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensure system stability and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Zoho development experience.
• Strong expertise with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Proven experience with Zoho APIs, RESTful services and third‑party integrations.
• Solid understanding of CRM data models, workflows and automation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai.
