Junior Master Planner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Master Planner to join our Dubai office. The role supports the development of master‑planning and urban‑design projects across the UAE, working under the guidance of a senior planning lead.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing master‑plan layout studies, diagrams, illustrations and sketches using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support the creation of master‑planning and urban‑design documentation, including research, analysis and technical calculations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—landscape designers, architects and infrastructure engineers—to deliver coordinated project outputs.
• Provide creative input on planning concepts under supervision of the lead planner.
• Develop planning guidelines, numerical tabulations and support data for high‑quality master‑plan deliverables.
• Produce drawings, reports and presentation materials using Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in master planning, urban design or related fields.
• Strong visual communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
