Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a skilled post‑contract Quantity Surveyor to join our Dubai team. You will play a key role in delivering cost‑management and consultancy services for construction projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage post‑contract commercial activities on developer‑led projects from award to final account.
• Monitor and control project costs, including cost‑to‑complete and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Assess, negotiate, and agree variations, claims, and change events.
• Prepare monthly cost reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage commercial and cost risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to achieve best value.
• Administer interim payments, valuations, and final accounts.
• Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to support project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AACE) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying or cost consultancy.
• Previous experience in the Middle East region is essential.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working on building projects with local developers.
