Junior Receptionist – Hospitality Front Desk

About the role

Join La Petite Maison (LPM) in Abu Dhabi as a Junior Receptionist, providing a warm first impression for guests and supporting the restaurant’s high‑standard service. You will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and ensures smooth front‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend bi‑daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors and co‑workers.
• Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and address inquiries with a smile.
• Build strong guest relations by recognizing preferences and resolving complaints in a friendly manner.
• Manage reservations, phone calls, and emails efficiently while providing accurate information.
• Maintain LPM standards, stay flexible with role changes, and consistently deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering top‑level guest experiences.
• Fluent English; an additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience as a restaurant hostess or guest‑relations executive.
• Well‑groomed appearance that reflects the company’s professional standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications, especially Seven Rooms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
