Junior Receptionist

About the role

LPM Restaurant & Bar is seeking a Junior Receptionist to join its vibrant team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create the warm, family‑like atmosphere that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Attend bi‑daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors and co‑workers.
• Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables and respond to inquiries with a smile.
• Manage reservations, phone calls and emails, providing accurate information.
• Build strong guest relations by recognizing preferences and resolving complaints in a friendly manner.
• Maintain LPM standards, stay flexible with role changes and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering high‑standard guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; an additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience as a restaurant hostess or guest‑relations executive.
• Well‑groomed appearance that reflects professional standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, preferably Seven Rooms.
• Competence with Microsoft Office suite.
