Junior Recruitment Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Printerpix is expanding its fast‑growing e‑commerce business in the UAE and needs a proactive Junior Recruitment Consultant to drive talent acquisition for its Dubai AI engineering, marketing analytics and digital marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and hire AI engineers, marketing analysts, SEM executives, digital marketers and other ad‑hoc roles for the Dubai office.
• Run end‑to‑end recruitment cycles – outreach, screening, offer negotiation and closure.
• Manage multiple live pipelines simultaneously, ensuring no vacancy slips.
• Build and nurture candidate relationships before positions open.
• Support the London office by sourcing front‑end, back‑end and full‑stack developers and coordinating remote assessments.
• Handle occasional HR administration tasks such as onboarding documentation and contract management.
• Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in technical, marketing or digital roles (agency or in‑house).
• Proven ability to close candidates and negotiate offers.
• Excellent written and spoken English for senior‑level communication.
• Highly organised with a systematic approach to handling multiple roles.
• Hunter mindset – actively prospecting rather than waiting for applications.
• Valid UAE residency visa that can be converted to a work permit (no sponsorship offered).
