Junior SaaS Sales Specialist

About the role

Salonist is seeking an ambitious Junior SaaS Sales Specialist to join its growing sales team in Dubai. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates starting their sales career, who enjoy communicating with customers, learning B2B SaaS sales, and are motivated by clear targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Understand prospects' business needs and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate the Salonist platform to potential customers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM and schedule product demos.
• Support negotiations and convert qualified opportunities into paying customers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with trial users to drive paid subscriptions.
• Coordinate with onboarding and customer‑success teams after closing.
• Provide feedback on customer requirements, objections, competitors, and market trends.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a customer‑facing role (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Confident speaking with customers over phone and online meetings.
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating software products.
• Target‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of CRM or SaaS products is advantageous.
• Experience in the UAE market is a plus but not mandatory.
