Junior Sales Executive – Fresh Graduate (Dubai)

About the role

Nova Pharma Group is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join its Dubai team. This full‑time, on‑site position is open to fresh graduates from UAE universities who are eager to start a career in veterinary sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients across the UAE.
• Present Nova Pharma’s veterinary products and solutions to customers.
• Assist senior sales members in negotiations and deal closure.
• Visit customers on a regular basis and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up on leads, respond promptly to client inquiries, and maintain up‑to‑date sales records.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute sales campaigns and gather market feedback.
• Contribute to achieving regional sales targets.
• Participate in product training sessions and continuously learn the portfolio.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate from a UAE university in business, life sciences, veterinary or related fields.
• Any internship or prior exposure to sales or animal health is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic sales and customer‑service skills, including prospecting and follow‑up.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset to understand client needs and report market insights.
• Professionalism, integrity, proactive attitude and willingness to work in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic digital tools for preparing presentations, reports and maintaining sales records.
