Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to manage the full vehicle sales cycle for a leading automotive distribution group in Dubai. The role involves engaging customers from inquiry through test drives, negotiation, and final delivery while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete vehicle sales cycle, from customer inquiry and showroom consultation to test drives, negotiation, closing, and delivery.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets, generating new leads and following up on prospects.
• Develop strong product knowledge to present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, promotions, and competitor advantages.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM, conduct timely lead follow‑ups, and support showroom activities and customer‑retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Asian or Arab national, 33 years old or younger.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE automotive sales experience, preferably with a recognized dealership or distributor.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customers from inquiry to delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills with knowledge of the UAE automotive market.
• Valid UAE driving licence and good English communication skills.
