Junior Sales Specialist – SaaS

About the role

Salonist Software is seeking an ambitious Junior Sales Specialist to join its growing sales team in Dubai. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with 0‑2 years of experience who are eager to learn B2B SaaS sales and thrive on meeting targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Understand prospects’ business needs and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate Salonist to potential customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
• Support negotiations and convert qualified opportunities into paying customers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with trial users and help convert them to paid subscriptions.
• Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams after closing.
• Provide feedback on customer requirements, objections, competitors, and market trends.
• Participate in daily sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a customer‑facing role; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and in online meetings.
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating software products.
• Strong follow‑up and communication skills.
• Target‑driven and able to work in a performance‑focused environment.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of CRM or SaaS products is an advantage.
• UAE market experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Hungry to learn, coachable, accountable and consistent with follow‑ups.
