Junior Social Media Executive

About the role

Unique Properties, a Dubai-based real estate advisory firm founded in 2008, is hiring a Junior Social Media Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, responsible for managing and growing the company's presence across social media platforms through planning, publishing and monitoring daily content.

Key responsibilities

• Create posts and captions and publish them according to the brand's content strategy
• Assist in developing social media campaigns and coordinate with marketing and sales teams on campaign messaging
• Optimize posts for reach and engagement and respond to audience interactions promptly and professionally
• Track basic performance metrics and stay up to date with social media trends relevant to the UAE real estate market
• Support community building by engaging with followers, highlighting listings and services, and keeping a consistent brand voice

Required profile

• Relevant coursework or experience in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field; real estate or property marketing exposure is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused real estate environment in Dubai
• Strong communication and writing skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to collaborate within a diverse team with a professional, inclusive attitude

Required skills

• Social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO)
• Familiarity with major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools
