About the role
One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai is seeking a Junior Sous Chef specialized in Arabic cuisine. Reporting to the Chef De Cuisine, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the Oriental Kitchen and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen operations for Arabic and Oriental menus.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Support the Chef De Cuisine in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak periods.
- Help train and mentor junior kitchen team members.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury resorts or five‑star hotels.
- Strong background in Arabic cuisine with a creative and dynamic approach.
- Passionate, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good leadership abilities and teamwork skills.
