Key responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team by providing hands‑on guidance and coaching to kitchen staff across Food & Beverage outlets.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including creating production lists, performing line checks, and managing service flow.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials to enhance the restaurant’s offering.
• Foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as stock taking, ordering, and scheduling.
