Junior Technician - Fleet

About the role

As a Junior Technician – Fleet you will support the maintenance of ground support equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable and ready for daily operations. Working under the guidance of a supervisor, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled services in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and non‑scheduled maintenance and repairs on fleet assets.
• Inspect, record readings and complete checklists accurately.
• Handle tools and consumables efficiently while maintaining a tidy work area.
• Communicate progress and hand over pending jobs to the supervisor at shift end.
• Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Apply EKFC’s Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• ITI/ITC (Industrial Training Institute) certification or trade test certificate (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in vehicle or ground‑support equipment maintenance.
• Ability to understand written and spoken English.
• First Aid and basic fire‑fighting training preferred.
