Junior Trading Operations Executive

About the role

Zeal Group, through its subsidiary Traze, is seeking a Junior Trading Operations Executive to support its regulated multi‑asset brokerage in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to the operational, technical and analytical functions that keep a fast‑moving FX/CFD environment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily trading accounts and process client requests in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Support MT5 platform administration, including groups, gateways, liquidity provider connectivity, FIX API integrations and pricing feeds.
• Monitor trading activity for unusual or prohibited behaviour and assist in internal investigations.
• Perform daily trade reconciliations, generate operational reports and highlight discrepancies.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives by testing new configurations and helping develop reporting and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in financial markets.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work under regulatory constraints.
• Good analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex trading systems.
