Junior Video Editor – Freelance

About the role

We Are Social is seeking a Junior Video Editor on a freelance basis to join its creative team in Dubai. The role focuses on turning raw footage into polished, engaging video content for a variety of brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Review shooting scripts and raw footage to create structured, compelling edits.
• Collaborate with creative teams from concept through final cut.
• Develop motion graphics and title animations using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Perform color grading and sound design to ensure a professional finish across platforms.
• Archive and manage video assets for future reuse.
• Pitch visual ideas for new campaigns and stay current with video trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video editing and motion design, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong eye for timing, pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for localization and subtitling.
