Stage Assistant Manager

About the role

The Stage Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of entertainment and live‑performance areas within Miral Experiences’ theme parks. Reporting to senior stage management, the role combines team leadership, scheduling, quality assurance and health‑and‑safety oversight to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Guide Team Leaders and front‑line staff through training, attendance monitoring, grooming standards, coaching, appraisals and personal development plans.
• Manage daily operational schedules, annual leave trackers and duty rosters to maintain coverage for park attractions and character appearances.
• Conduct quality‑control inspections of green rooms, performer presentation standards and ensure compliance with brand and creative guidelines.
• Support creative, production and costuming teams on new shows, seasonal events, festivals and attraction openings, including rehearsals and performer fittings.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards, report incidents and assist with risk‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts is desirable.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience and 2 years in the entertainment, theme‑park or live‑production industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedules and operational priorities in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail, quality‑control mindset and excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
