Junior/Mid Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior/Mid Software Developer to join our Technology team in Dubai. You will help design, build and maintain internal web applications, APIs and automation tools, working closely with the Head of Tech.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal web applications and company systems.
• Build and support backend APIs using Node.js frameworks and relational databases.
• Implement and improve frontend interfaces with React or Vue.
• Automate manual business processes and create dashboards.
• Write, review, test, debug and maintain clean code, including AI‑generated snippets.
• Validate AI‑assisted code for quality, security and performance.
• Collaborate with internal users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist with deployments, documentation, version control and testing.

Required profile

• Ability to use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) effectively and explain the prompts used.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to code quality.
• Good communication skills to work with internal stakeholders.
