Kazakh-Speaking Business Development Officer

About the role

XM is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer who is fluent in Kazakh and Russian to drive international growth and strengthen market presence across multiple countries. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on expanding the business, managing key relationships, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set and support departmental KPIs and develop action plans to achieve corporate targets.
• Support market penetration and expansion strategies in existing and new countries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients through regular meetings and ongoing engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to tailored market strategies.
• Promote company products and services while monitoring competitor offerings.
• Participate in events, seminars, and promotional activities across different regions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, client or partner relations.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English proficiency required.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work under pressure.
