Key Account Executive - Personal Care

About the role

As a Key Account Executive for Personal Care, you will manage modern‑trade accounts in the UAE, driving growth for skin cleansing, deodorants and oral‑care brands. You will work closely with retailers to align category plans with their objectives while supporting Unilever’s purpose of sustainable living.

Key responsibilities

• Develop store‑specific category plans for skin cleansing, deodorants and oral care, ensuring alignment with retailer goals.
• Monitor shelf share, competitor placement and planogram compliance through regular store audits.
• Plan and execute customer events that support brand and category objectives.
• Identify assortment gaps, recommend range adjustments and track spend versus budget.
• Coordinate with head office on new product launches, discontinuations, promotions and POSM execution.
• Negotiate and implement retailer‑specific promotions, monitor pricing compliance and analyse ROI.
• Analyse sell‑out, market share and secondary sales data to recommend corrective actions and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG modern‑trade category management or trade‑marketing experience, preferably in personal care or hygiene.
• Proven track record in retail store operations, head‑office coordination and performance‑driven results.
• Strong negotiation abilities and collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams.
