Key Account Manager – Automotive Sales

About the role

FAW Middle East Automible Trading FZE, a division of the Fortune 500 FAW China Group, is launching its automotive brand across the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive market intelligence, after‑sales benchmarking, and strategic account development within the United Arab Emirates and GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Market Intelligence: Track UAE and GCC automotive sales data, policy changes, and competitor activities (launches, pricing, distribution, promotions) and deliver concise briefs to the Country Manager and headquarters.
• After‑Sales Benchmarking: Analyse competitor spare‑parts availability, pricing, warranty terms and service standards, and recommend improvements to our after‑sales and service network strategy.
• Key Account Development: Identify and engage government entities, state‑owned enterprises and corporate fleet clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (OEM, distribution, or fleet sales) with a strong local network in the corporate sector.
• Arabic language preferred; English business proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently, drive outcomes with minimal supervision, and thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
