Commercial Director – Sales & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented Commercial Director to lead sales and business development across the GCC and international markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive revenue growth through concept selling, franchise and channel development, investor acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy.
• Drive sales through direct, channel, franchise, and strategic partnership models.
• Lead concept selling and secure investors, franchisees, customers, and strategic accounts.
• Build and expand the franchise and channel partner network.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities across the GCC and beyond.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Set sales targets and KPIs and drive team performance.
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to the CEO/Board.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Strong experience in channel sales and/or franchise development.
• Proven success in concept selling, consultative selling, or high‑value B2B sales.
• Extensive network with C‑level executives, investors, franchisees, and strategic partners.
• Experience building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.
• Background in amusement, entertainment, leisure, hospitality, retail, F&B, real estate, franchising, advertising, or tourism is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field; MBA preferred.
